Cloud was born in Nibelheim, and since he was young he has always been a fan of Sephiroth, and hoped to become like him. He left home to join Soldier, and later became Soldier First Class. After certain events, he left Soldier and became a mercenary. After Barret and Tifa hired him to Avalanche, he has already set his mind to fight for the planet. He pretends not to care about anything else than money, but still he believes in what he’s fighting for.

Cloud is the strongest character in the game, high HP and MP, also good magic. His limit break are extremely powerful, just dont let Cloud to handle all the kills.

Aeris lived her childhood in the Midgar Sector 5 slums, and grows flowers that he sells at the streets, this is hoe he met Cloud. Soon after this, she decides to join Cloud. When she was little her biological mother passed away, and se was raised by a woman who had found her. Aeris is a part of an Ancient race so she can see her own destiny and listen to the planet. She is very aggressive, brave young woman that truly has is a wealthy opponent.

Aeris is probably one of the most important characters that is worth to keep in the group. She has low HP but her MP is very high and her limit breaks are very useful.

Tifa is one of Avalanches head force and also the owner of the bar called Seventh Heaven that serves as their hideout. She was born in Nibelheim and is Clouds childhood friend. 5 years ago Sephiroth killed Tifas father in an accident and Tifa also was badly hurt. She was trained by Zangan the master of martial arts. From him she learned good speed and strong fists. Don’t let the beautiful looks betray you, because she can destroy anything with her fists. She is very optimistic and cheerful and gets the others to a good mood. She has some of the best limit breaks in the game so don’t leave her out of the fights.

Leader and founder of Avalanche. An astronomer at Cosmo Canyon told Barret about the planet and life. Now he tries to stop Shinra any way possible from destroying the planet. He blames himself about the destruction of his hometown, but truly it was destroyed by the Shinra reactor. In the same event Barret lost his other hand and replaced it with a gun. He is often mad and wants to get back to Shinra from murdering his wife. He lives now for his daughter Marlene.

Barret is useful at the beginning of the game but later he is no good cause you have Cid and Vincent. His low magic doesn’t make him anymore useful.

Red XIII is a mysterious creature that looks threatening but is truly kind and sweet. Red is really wise comparing to humans cause Bugenhagen from Cosmo Canyon raised him. But later Shinra kidnapped Red for an experiment. Cloud saved him from Hojo’s laboratory at the Shinra HQ where he got his tattoo XIII showing that he was the 13th from 13 experiment samples. He wants to save the planet that’s why he joins Cloud.

He is a very useful character from where you get him to the end of the game. His attacks are strong as his magic is too.

Cid¨is a brave pilot who will face any kind of danger. Hi only works for Shinra that he could fulfil his dream; to travel in space. Shinra has taken his dream and his ship, The Highwind. The they try to take his plane too, he gets sick of it and joins Cloud.

Cid is an awesome fighter that you could really consider taking in to your group. He has high HP and the best weapons in the game.

Vincent is a mysterious man that sleeps in a basement of the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. He has hated Shinra for a long time especially Hojo for the reason that Hojo changed him from a man to what he is now. Little is known about his past but we still know that the hate to Shinra made him join Cloud.

He’s a very important character in your group. Both of his attacks have lot of strength and so has his magic. His limit break are very useful they change him into different creatures that have good strength and abilities.

Yuffie comes from the tribe of ninjas and she is the daughter of their leader. He blames his father for the fact that Shinra has taken over Wutai. She looks for different materia orbs so that with them she could take back their land and their tribes lost honour. She is very scheming and will steal from you whenever gets the chance.

Because of her abilities she is quite valuable in the group. Good limit breaks and stealing are Yuffie’s territory.

Cait Sith (pronounced Ket Shee) is truly a cat that controls a stuffed moogle that he revived. There’s so little that is known about him but that we know that he can’t be trusted.

He doesn’t attack straight he shouts commands to the moogle and it will attack for him. He has various limit breaks and almost all of them are bad.
